Two Unsung Heroes: Errol Flynn became an American Citizen so he could Fight the Nazis, Jack Warner made sure that didn't happen and Denmark's King Christian X.

Errol with his mom and dad. Errol's dad called him a Leprechaun always getting into mischief, which is how he was remembered by all who knew him. 

  

Climbing a sailboat mast under sail is an act of true courage, something attempted by only the bravest among us. Irish-American Errol Flynn was born in Australia but grew up in Tasmania where his father was a professor. Errol had worked on a plantation in his teens and early 20's from which he caught Malaria which was to plague him the rest of his life.

Errol was as reckless and brave off screen as he was on screen. To the total shock of Warner Brother's Studio Chief Jack Warner, Errol took part in the Spanish Civil War of the late 1930's on the side of the Republican forces. He was wounded and earned the respect of his fellow freedom fighters. Ernest Hemingway who served with him, called him a true hero. 

Immediately after the bombing of Pearl Harbor, Errol applied for American citizenship so he could fight for US in World War II. Jack Warner learned of this and secretly released to the Department of Defense Errol's last studio medical exam which disclosed that Errol had recurring malaria, an enlarged heart, cirrhosis of the liver, from excessive drinking, and congestive heart failure. Errol was turned down for military service but a Hollywood Gossip Reporter told him that it was Jack Warner who sabotaged his patriotic service. 

Errol immediately began his own campaign against Jack Warner. He would call his dad in Tasmania 8,000 miles away on a studio phone between filming scenes for his latest movie never hanging up even when he went back to shoot the next scene, these calls were hugely expensive. In the early 1940's long distance between LA and Tasmania cost $50 for a three minute call, the average wage in the US was $1400 a year at the time. These calls ran into $10,000's. 

Errol was accused of statutory rape in the early 1940's, but beat the charges because his attorney Jerry Geisler convinced the jury that Errol did not know two of his "dates" were underage. Geisler was able to show that one of the girls had had an abortion prior to meeting Errol and both had been described as promiscuous by friends and family, the other serving time in juvenile. Geisler took considerable time in cross examining the girls to question their hair styles and clothes chosen by the DA/Police, which were designed to make them look much younger than they were. One of the girls showed up in court in pigtails, which Geisler got her to admit she had not worn for over five years, since she was 12-years-old. Geisler forced the girls to admit they constantly lied about their ages and had offered sex to various people, including sailors on shore leave. Jurors said that every lie the girls told on questioning by the district attorney, trying to portray them as innocent virgins, revealed by Geisler's questioning totally destroyed their testimony. 

Coincidentally, at the same time a scandal broke in the LA papers that the LA District Attorney's Office was corrupt, extorting money from the studios to cover up scandals for a fee. When Jack Warner did not come up with the money, the DA charged Errol with the crime. 

A book came out in the 1970's which claimed, a total fabrication, that Errol Flynn was a Nazi Spy, No one who fought against Franco and the Nazi Condor Legion in Spain would spy for them in the US. 

One of Errol's closest friends and neighbors in Jamaica was Naval Commander and MI6 Agent Ian Fleming the creator of James Bond, 007, shown here with Sean Connery.

Errol did get into tax trouble in his later years and semi-retired to Jamaica where he opened a hotel. He continued to sail the world taking his sailboat to Vancouver to sell it. He had a massive heart attack and died at the age of 50-years-old. 

Errol Flynn's son Sean became an actor when he was young appearing several Hollywood films before choosing journalism as profession. He became a reporter and photographer in Vietnam in the late 1960's until he was captured and executed by the Viet Cong/North Vietnamese. Reckless Courage ran in the family. 

Sean's friends described him as fearless and a real reporter/photographer. He undertook every dangerous assignment he was given without flinching. Errol's grandson Sean Flynn later became an actor following his grandfather's footsteps. 

Whatever anyone believed about Errol, they would have to admit that he loved his kids, Sean, Rory and Deirdre. 

Footnote: 18-year-old Charlie Starkweather America's first spree/serial killer, took his 13-year-old girlfriend Caril Fugate with him during his crime spree. Charlie at first covered-up for Caril, then admitted that she was an active participant in the murder of one girl, whom she repeatedly stabbed after Charlie raped and shot the girl and her boyfriend. He also claimed she knew exactly what happened as it happened during the spree proven because she never attempted to get away from him until they were caught in Wyoming. The DA and Police made Caril cut her hair to make her look much older than her 13-years to help convict her. Looking back at the evidence and testimony, they didn't need to do that, which I consider totally dishonest, just like the DA in Errol's case making the girls wear pig tales and school girl clothes in order to convict Errol. Knowing the facts I would have voted to convict Caril for the murders too even with long hair. 

Another Great Hero: King Christian X of Denmark

During WWII, King Christian X of Denmark did the strangest thing. Before the war, he had taken a cavalry detachment of several 100 horseback soldiers and paraded through the capital of Copenhagen every day, like the English changing of the guard. After Hitler's Nazi invasion of Denmark in 1940, King Christian X continued to ride his horse from the royal palace through the capital city of Copenhagen, but he made the choice to ride alone among his people. Christian X made a point of returning the salute of anyone who offered him their salute, whether a 10-year-old boy or a 90-year-old retiree. At first, in the first days of Nazi occupation, Christian X rode all alone, then as Nazi occupation continued, 100's of boys, then girls, then people of all ages on bicycle would join him. Then crowds would gather on the sidewalks and streets of the capital to show their support. 

It is known that this bothered Germany Army Commanders and the Gestapo immensely, but the King's popularity with his people was such that they feared doing any reprisals. When Hitler sent the king a birthday greeting in 1942, the King sent a Danish colloquialism which meant he could go **** himself. In secret King Christian X helped the resistance organize all the boats of the country to secretly sail Jews to neutral Sweden, leading to over 90% of Denmark's Jews surviving the war. Denmark was the only country in German occupied Europe which could say anything close to that number survived. King Christian X was a true leader who cared about his people. Whenever I hear an Evangelical from the Bible Belt smear liberal Denmark, I always tell this true story. Christian X is one of my  pantheon of heroes. Thank you, Denmark and King Christian X. 

I could only hope that I would have had that kind of courage as the Danes and King Christian X had under similar circumstances.

 

Teenager Deven Guilford was driving home from church when he was executed by police over a PHONY TICKET.

 

Republicans Use Police as Tax Collectors

Michigan Teenager Deven Guilford was driving home from a Church League Basketball game. A Michigan Police Officer deliberately drove around with his brights on so he could write tickets to anyone who gave him a courtesy flash, using a law designed to penalize people who warn other people of DUI checkpoints. But Deven and the officer were the only two people on the road that night. Deven demanded the officer call a supervisor after being pulled over for the PHONY Ticket. The officer yanked the boy out of his car, slammed him spread eagle on the ground and then stomped the SH*T out of the teenage boy with his military boots. Then Deven, in fear for his life, defended himself, at which point, the officer pulled his gun and shot the UNARMED boy 7 times, blowing the child's brains out, killing him. Other people ticketed by the same officer said they got phony tickets the same way. A phenomenon some noted, these weren't doctors being pulled over while driving a Mercedes/Lexus, who could afford a lawyer to fight the ticket. Only teenagers, middle income and poor people, who needed their cars for their jobs were pulled over. An ironic aside, 30 to 40 seconds of the officer's bodycam video are missing from the incident. After Deven was DEAD, a police dash cam showed the apparently uninjured cop walking off screen with another cop, coming back a few minutes later a bloody mess. Can't have a DEAD CHILD and an uninjured cop. Cost the county $2,400,000 dollars, but Mom and Dad said they would rather have their son, a good kid and a good student, back. The cop is still working.

Everyone who knew Deven said he was a good kid, whom everyone liked. He made good grades, had a job and was known for being honest, hardworking boy. 

When you call 911 in an emergency, sometimes the last person you need is a police officer. 

A Glendale Utah mom called 911 for help getting her mentally ill son, Linden Cameron, a boy with Asperger's Syndrome and Autism, to the hospital for medication after a tantrum. Police arrive with guns drawn, the scared 13-year-old boy runs away in terror, POLICE SHOOT THE UNARMED BOY 4 TIMES IN THE BACK FOR NO CRIME, ripping his intestines, rupturing his bladder, causing paralysis in his hand. No child deserves that. Police and the DA refused to file charges against the officers, saying it was a "judgment" call. I would re-word that, it was a BAD Judgment call and a case of attempted murder of an unarmed child.

A boy is late coming home from school in Idaho. A buddy has a new video game and he loses track of time and forgets to call mom and tell her.  Mom calls police for help finding him. They lived in a trailer park. Mom says police always treat poor people living in her trailer park badly. She warns, never call police, if you can solve the situation yourself or this might happen to your kid too. Beaten, tortured and arrested for no crime.

To Protect and Serve?

This mentally ill teenage boy disappeared but was found safe within a week. Think about him when you read this true story.

For those who don't know "de-funding" police could more accurately called re-allocating some of a budget. When you call 911, you are immediately connected to police by default. Sometimes this is

the worst thing which could happen. What these protesters want is a neutral 911 service, which dispatches the most appropriate personnel for the situation. Sometimes that is mental health specialists, sometimes ambulances, family and child services, fire rescue and/or police. Too often the police are automatically dispatched regardless of the situation. Sometimes that is a horrific mistake.

A few years ago, a mentally ill white teenage boy in Tennessee became agitated. His mom and dad are unable to get him to take his medication, so they called 911 for help getting him to the hospital for treatment and medication. The police arrive and pull the UNARMED boy out of bed in only his underpants, then take him outside to the street. The boy is terrified and uncooperative, not following their orders. The commanding officer on site pulls out his gun and shoots and kills the boy saying "we don't have time for this". The local Republican DA refused to prosecute the officers. Mom and Dad of the boy say if you have a mentally ill child, NEVER CALL POLICE if your mentally ill child become obstinate, unless he/she has a weapon and is a threat to their parents, family, friends or him/herself. 

When is deadly force justified?

This South Carolina Police Lieutenant claimed a teenage boy aimed his car at him in a misdemeanor marijuana sting, forcing the officer to shoot and kill the teenage boy, Zachary Hammond. Video surfaced weeks later, which showed that was a lie. The police officer was never in front of the car or in any danger. Far worse, after the boy was shot dead, police are shown planting cocaine in the boy's car. They did find a couple of joints in the boy's car, which was a misdemeanor.

In March 2016, Zachary Hammond's family received $2.15 million from a settlement against the city of Seneca, South Carolina Police Department.

Murder in Iowa, a mother with no heart, Tracey Richert

After Tracey murdered him in an ambush, Dustin’s dad committed suicide from a broken heart. As he and his mom said, Dustin was a gentle boy who would never hurt anyone. Dustin w/mom and w/dad. of the saddest murder cases I've ever heard, Tracey Richert murdered a neighbor boy, 18-year-old Dustin Wehde on December 13, 2001 in Early Iowa. Tracey said Dustin was a home invader who tried to murder her. Tracey shot the boy 9 times, the last three in his skull after he had collapsed on the floor. Dustin was a shy, withdrawn kid, who despite learning disabilities, but had a serious interest in computers and got quite good at working on them. Tracey Richert's 2nd husband, Australian Michael Roberts was a computer programmer and technician, who took Dustin in as an apprentice. Tracey's Divorce #1 against Plastic Surgeon Dr. John Pittman III, she, according to the judge in divorce court, brainwashed her son Burt to make up stories of sexual abuse against his father. In divorce #2, Burt and his mom said his stepfather was violent and beat him repeatedly. Though there was no evidence which even came close to proving this. And Burt's half brother and half sister, the children of Tracey and Michael Roberts, said this was a lie. The police kept one piece of evidence secret in the Dustin Wehde killing. A spiral notebook which, in Dustin's handwriting, said that Tracey's 1st husband Dr. Pittman had tried to hire him to murder Tracey. The notebook spelled out the plot over several pages. But the DA and Cold Case Investigator proved the language used was nothing like Dustin used in other writings or conversation. They believed Tracey dictated the scenario to the boy, then planted it in Dustin's car.  The DA had an even more interesting question about the notebook, why would Dustin write this if he actually was going to murder Tracey. But the DA conjectured, what if Tracey paid him to help her in court against her first husband wealthy Plastic Surgeon Dr. John Pittman III. Then Tracey's best friend came forward and told police that Tracey had mentioned the notebook, which she had no reason to know about to her in the days after Dustin's murder. In 2011, Tracey was convicted of the murder of Dustin Wehde. The saddest part of all, Burt changed his name to Richert, cutting off his father, half brother and half sister, then started a legal appeal defense fund for his mom.  

Right-Wing Pro-White Power/Confederacy South Carolina Teen Dylann Roof went into a Black Church Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston and SHOT AND KILLED 9 people attending church services. He fled to North Carolina where state troopers bought him a Burger King Whopper, Fries and a Coke. Compare Dylann's treatment with the treatment police showed Breonna Taylor and George Floyd.

MURDER MOST FOUL, An Unsolved "Mystery," the 1991 Indiana Torture Murder of 16-year-old Jason Bolton and the Torture Murder of Irish Catholic 15-year-old Michael McIlveen

Jason Dale Bolton, 16, was found dead in the middle of a rural Indiana road. The Republican Sheriff and his deputies "investigated" Jason Bolton's death and wrote it off as a hit and run. Jason was a good kid, a good student with no discipline issues, though he had a couple of minor incidents involving pot. When Jason's body was taken to the coroner's office, Jason's family was in for a shock. 16-year-old Jason Bolton had been CASTRATED. His penis, testicles and scrotum had been cut off, while he was still alive, leaving him to bleed to death, but that wasn't cruel enough for his murderer(s). Then someone took the boy, while he was still alive, and placed him spread eagle in the middle of the road. Then they deliberately aimed a car between his legs and ran him over TWICE to hide the torture murder. They crushed his bladder, intestines, kidneys, lungs and stomach, broke several bones, his legs, his hips, his ribs, vertebrae and tail bone, it was this final act of cruelty which finally killed the 16-year-old boy. NO ONE, much less a 16-year-old boy, deserves that. The agony and suffering of this boy must have been beyond measure. Jason was murdered in rural Fayette County Indiana August 21, 1991 near the Rush County line. To this day, nothing has been done to resolve the case. Four of the people, who attended the party with Jason the night that he was TORTURED AND MURDERED, gave statements to police. They said Jason was high and drunk when he wandered out on the road, passed out and fell, at which point, he was hit by an oncoming car, which left the scene. 

Jason's cries and screams as he was being castrated must have been heard by everyone in that house. Jason must have been screaming, begging for mercy for the several minutes it took to kill him. It must have taken more than one person, probably more than two to hold him down as the horrific and bloody castration took place by another person. Jason must have fought for his life with every ounce of strength he had. He must have known he was being murdered. Unfortunately his cries fell on the deaf ears of his murderer(s) and the murderer's friends inside and outside that house. Everyone in that house must be made to answer the questions about what happened that night. Their lies are not good enough. And if they knew what happened to Jason they are as guilty as whoever wielded the knife TORTURING AND MURDERING the 16-year-old boy.  They should all face the same penalty as the perpetrator, because they were accessories to Jason's TORTURE/MURDER.  Obviously, the sheriff and his department never cared about Jason or Justice. The Republican Sheriff and his department are accessories after the fact in Jason's TORTURE/MURDER.

Since their statements were lies, one could ask why weren't they suspected of involvement in Jason's TORTURE/MURDER or, at least, prosecuted for false statements and hindering prosecution.  According to reports, the police never tested any of the party attendee's cars for blood on their tires. One of the party attendees was a relative of the Republican Sheriff. This man was suspected of being a drug dealer in the area.                                                                                                                                            

My life stopped the night I identified baby Jason. I went there that morning, to where it happened. They didn’t even clean it up. There were latex gloves and I even picked up a couple teeth I would have done more then, but I didn’t know. I only saw his face. No one told me about his groin area! I didn’t even know until I finally got my hands on those pictures. At first the Coroner told me no. But he called me the next morning and said he had thought about it all night, and if I would meet him in 20 minutes he would give them to me so I did. That’s when I realized the rumors were true, his whole groin area was just….gone…mutilated. I saw a picture of a little white thing on the side of the road by the grass I didn’t even know what it was. Coroner Joe Todd told me it was a testicle. And it was! All of this evidence should have been taken into police custody under common law enforcement practice, then and now. The fact that it wasn't  taken into evidence, proves that the police, obviously, never considered this boy's TORTURE/MURDER worth their time. I don't know how you feel, but for me, NO ONE MUST EVER BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THE TORTURE AND MURDER OF A KID. Republican Evangelical "christian" Law and Order Governor and Conservative Republican Hate Radio Announcer Mike Pence never considered this case worth his time either for his radio show or as chief law enforcement officer in the state of Indiana. I care, Jason, and call for JUSTICE.  But, then again, I am a liberal Democrat.

 

There are some crimes which MUST be solved, the torture and murder of a child comes first. There is NO statute of limitations on the torture murder of children. Start with Jason Bolton, he and his family deserve justice. Then investigate the police who failed to solve this crime against humanity. 

15-year-old Irish Catholic Micky-bo McIlveen never makes it home, he was ambushed by four Evangelical "christian" Men who decided to have fun Torture Murdering him. 

Irish Catholic 15-year-old boy, Micky-bo McIlveen buys dinner for his family after a day at an amusement park with his friends, but never makes it home. Four Evangelical Christian "men" chase him and beat him to death. 

In 2006, 15-year-old Irish Catholic Michael "Mickey-bo" McIlveen went to an amusement center in Ballymena Northern Ireland with 3 of his buddies. Returning home, he and his friends stopped by a fast food restaurant to buy take out dinners for their families. After Micky-bo and his friends left they continued walking home. Suddenly and without any provocation, he and his buddies were attacked and chased by FOUR ADULT EVANGELICAL PROTESTANT MEN. Two of Micky-bo's friends got clean away, one was beaten for a minute but escaped and went for police. But Micky-bo was surrounded by the four men who punched, kicked and hit him with a bat, including hitting and kicking him viciously in his penis, nutsack and balls, laughing as they beat the **** out of the boy. 

One on one can be a fight, but four grown men against one kid is a crime against humanity. His screams quickly became cries, then whimpers as he passed out and began to slip into a coma.

The boys had never met the men before and had no idea who they were. These Evangelical men had deliberately gone to a Catholic section of town to hunt, bully, TORTURE and MURDER Catholic boys. These "christian" men added TORTURE MURDER OF A KID TO THEIR EVANGELICAL CHRISTIAN RESUME.  

Unconscious, Micky-bo was taken to the hospital where he died a couple of days later. 

TORTURE MURDERERS OF A CHILD DESERVE LIFE IN PRISON WITHOUT PAROLE, ROT IN JAIL BEFORE YOU ROT IN HELL. MERCY SHOULD BE RESERVED FOR THE MERCIFUL. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN IN THIS CASE.

Micky-bo's Torture Murderers received sentences as light as 8 years, one even got time off for "good behavior".  What crime deserves life in prison, if not the torture/murder of a child? 

But it wasn't enough to torture/murder an innocent child, they and their supporters needed to torture his family and friends too. 

The Evangelical Protestant Orange Order had a scheduled parade a few days later, which they annually led through Irish Catholic parts of Ballymena to intimidate and terrorize the inhabitants. That year The Orange Order changed their parade route so as they could march in front of Micky-bo's family and friends living in Micky-bo's neighborhood. 

In front of Micky-bo's friends and family, 1000's of Orange Order Evangelical "christian" marchers screamed "F*** Micky-bo!"

A local Ballymena Evangelical City Councilor, Scots-Irish Roy Gillespie, volunteered, in an interview with a reporter, that Micky-bo's torture/murderers would be welcomed into heaven as heroes while the INNOCENT tortured and murdered boy, Michael "Micky-bo" McIlveen, would go straight to hell for being Catholic. In response to the boy's death, local Catholic and Protestant teen boys and girls were determined to take a stand against religious hatred by attending Michael McIlveen's funeral together in his hometown of Ballymena in Northern Ireland. 

By the way, Scots-Irish are Evangelical settlers from Scotland who were given Irish land stolen by Evangelical English General Oliver Cromwell. 

Public and Catholic outrage would continue to grow at the light sentences given the torture murderers. In their original trial Mervyn Moone pled guilty and  was sentenced to a minimum sentence of 10 years to life, the other  men were given sentences of 10 to 13-years.  After their conviction at trial, even with the possibility of being let out early with good behavior, the 3 men then appealed their sentences, which was probably a huge mistake. At their retrial, the fact that they all knew that Moone had brought a deadly weapon with him, which meant they conspired to commit the murder of Micky-bo with him. The fact that they did NOTHING to stop the beating of the boy, not even as his screams, became cries, then whimpers as Micky-bo slipped into a coma. 

These pieces of human sewage are proclaimed as "heroes" by the Evangelical "christian" Orange Order for beating, torturing and murdering a child. Look at them and decide whether you agree with that description.

TORTURE/MURDERERS or Evangelical "Christian Heroes"? 

In 2017, Micky-bo's Mom was walking in downtown Ballymena Northern Ireland when she heard hysterical laughter, looking around she recognized Mervyn Moone, one of the four men who TORTURED and MURDERED her son, a man who had been let out of prison early for "good behavior," standing in front of her laughing at her. Micky-bo's outraged mom walked up to her son's TORTURE/MURDERER and slapped him, for which, she was immediately arrested and put in jail by an Evangelical Police Officer. Later she was convicted of assault by an Evangelical "christian" Judge.

Is that Justice?
