Republicans Use Police as Tax Collectors

Michigan Teenager Deven Guilford was driving home from a Church League Basketball game. A Michigan Police Officer deliberately drove around with his brights on so he could write tickets to anyone who gave him a courtesy flash, using a law designed to penalize people who warn other people of DUI checkpoints. But Deven and the officer were the only two people on the road that night. Deven demanded the officer call a supervisor after being pulled over for the PHONY Ticket. The officer yanked the boy out of his car, slammed him spread eagle on the ground and then stomped the SH*T out of the teenage boy with his military boots. Then Deven, in fear for his life, defended himself, at which point, the officer pulled his gun and shot the UNARMED boy 7 times, blowing the child's brains out, killing him. Other people ticketed by the same officer said they got phony tickets the same way. A phenomenon some noted, these weren't doctors being pulled over while driving a Mercedes/Lexus, who could afford a lawyer to fight the ticket. Only teenagers, middle income and poor people, who needed their cars for their jobs were pulled over. An ironic aside, 30 to 40 seconds of the officer's bodycam video are missing from the incident. After Deven was DEAD, a police dash cam showed the apparently uninjured cop walking off screen with another cop, coming back a few minutes later a bloody mess. Can't have a DEAD CHILD and an uninjured cop. Cost the county $2,400,000 dollars, but Mom and Dad said they would rather have their son, a good kid and a good student, back. The cop is still working.

Everyone who knew Deven said he was a good kid, whom everyone liked. He made good grades, had a job and was known for being honest, hardworking boy. 

When you call 911 in an emergency, sometimes the last person you need is a police officer. 

A Glendale Utah mom called 911 for help getting her mentally ill son, Linden Cameron, a boy with Asperger's Syndrome and Autism, to the hospital for medication after a tantrum. Police arrive with guns drawn, the scared 13-year-old boy runs away in terror, POLICE SHOOT THE UNARMED BOY 4 TIMES IN THE BACK FOR NO CRIME, ripping his intestines, rupturing his bladder, causing paralysis in his hand. No child deserves that. Police and the DA refused to file charges against the officers, saying it was a "judgment" call. I would re-word that, it was a BAD Judgment call and a case of attempted murder of an unarmed child.

A boy is late coming home from school in Idaho. A buddy has a new video game and he loses track of time and forgets to call mom and tell her.  Mom calls police for help finding him. They lived in a trailer park. Mom says police always treat poor people living in her trailer park badly. To Protect and Serve?

This mentally ill teenage boy disappeared but was found safe within a week. Think about him when you read this true story.

For those who don't know "de-funding" police could more accurately called re-allocating some of a budget. When you call 911, you are immediately connected to police by default. Sometimes this is

the worst thing which could happen. What these protesters want is a neutral 911 service, which dispatches the most appropriate personnel for the situation. Sometimes that is mental health specialists, sometimes ambulances, family and child services, fire rescue and/or police. Too often the police are automatically dispatched regardless of the situation. Sometimes that is a horrific mistake.

A few years ago, a mentally ill white teenage boy in Tennessee became agitated. His mom and dad are unable to get him to take his medication, so they called 911 for help getting him to the hospital for treatment and medication. The police arrive and pull the UNARMED boy out of bed in only his underpants, then take him outside to the street. The boy is terrified and uncooperative, not following their orders. The commanding officer on site pulls out his gun and shoots and kills the boy saying "we don't have time for this". The local Republican DA refused to prosecute the officers. Mom and Dad of the boy say if you have a mentally ill child, NEVER CALL POLICE if your mentally ill child become obstinate, unless he/she has a weapon and is a threat to their parents, family, friends or him/herself. 

When is deadly force justified?

This South Carolina Police Lieutenant claimed a teenage boy aimed his car at him in a misdemeanor marijuana sting, forcing the officer to shoot and kill the teenage boy, Zachary Hammond. Video surfaced weeks later, which showed that was a lie. The police officer was never in front of the car or in any danger. Far worse, after the boy was shot dead, police are shown planting cocaine in the boy's car. They did find a couple of joints in the boy's car, which was a misdemeanor.

In March 2016, Zachary Hammond's family received $2.15 million from a settlement against the city of Seneca, South Carolina Police Department.

Murder in Iowa, a mother with no heart, Tracey Richert

After Tracey murdered him in an ambush, Dustin’s dad committed suicide from a broken heart. As he and his mom said, Dustin was a gentle boy who would never hurt anyone. Dustin w/mom and w/dad. of the saddest murder cases I've ever heard, Tracey Richert murdered a neighbor boy, 18-year-old Dustin Wehde on December 13, 2001 in Early Iowa. Tracey said Dustin was a home invader who tried to murder her. Tracey shot the boy 9 times, the last three in his skull after he had collapsed on the floor. Dustin was a shy, withdrawn kid, who despite learning disabilities, but had a serious interest in computers and got quite good at working on them. Tracey Richert's 2nd husband, Australian Michael Roberts was a computer programmer and technician, who took Dustin in as an apprentice. Tracey's Divorce #1 against Plastic Surgeon Dr. John Pittman III, she, according to the judge in divorce court, brainwashed her son Burt to make up stories of sexual abuse against his father. In divorce #2, Burt and his mom said his stepfather was violent and beat him repeatedly. Though there was no evidence which even came close to proving this. And Burt's half brother and half sister, the children of Tracey and Michael Roberts, said this was a lie. The police kept one piece of evidence secret in the Dustin Wehde killing. A spiral notebook which, in Dustin's handwriting, said that Tracey's 1st husband Dr. Pittman had tried to hire him to murder Tracey. The notebook spelled out the plot over several pages. But the DA and Cold Case Investigator proved the language used was nothing like Dustin used in other writings or conversation. They believed Tracey dictated the scenario to the boy, then planted it in Dustin's car.  The DA had an even more interesting question about the notebook, why would Dustin write this if he actually was going to murder Tracey. But the DA conjectured, what if Tracey paid him to help her in court against her first husband wealthy Plastic Surgeon Dr. John Pittman III. Then Tracey's best friend came forward and told police that Tracey had mentioned the notebook, which she had no reason to know about to her in the days after Dustin's murder. In 2011, Tracey was convicted of the murder of Dustin Wehde. The saddest part of all, Burt changed his name to Richert, cutting off his father, half brother and half sister, then started a legal appeal defense fund for his mom.  

Right-Wing Pro-White Power/Confederacy South Carolina Teen Dylann Roof went into a Black Church Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston and SHOT AND KILLED 9 people attending church services. He fled to North Carolina where state troopers bought him a Burger King Whopper, Fries and a Coke. Compare Dylann's treatment with the treatment police showed Breonna Taylor and George Floyd.

Evangelical Republican Special PERSECUTOR Ken Starr defended Serial Child Rapist and Trump Billionaire Buddy Jeffrey Epstein and got him a 13 month sentence for RAPING AND PROSTITUTING almost 100 girls 13-years-old and older.  

The REPUBLICAN JUDGE who accepted this deal was appointed by Republican President George W. Bush, Bush who also appointed REPUBLICAN US Attorney Alex Acosta who worked out the deal with Republican Special Persecutor Ken Starr, then the deal was approved by Republican Law and Order Conservative Attorneys General Evangelical John Ashcroft and Mike Mukasey. 

After rumors of Jeffrey Epstein child rape and pimping underage girls surfaced, only one man defended him, Donald Trump.

I traveled by bus to New York City in June 1994 in the hope of starting a modeling career. I went to several modeling agencies but was told that I needed to put together a modeling portfolio before I would be considered. I then went to the Port Authority in New York City to start to make my way back home. There I met a woman who introduced herself to me as Tiffany. She told me about the parties and said that, if I would join her at the parties, I would be introduced to people who could get me into the modeling profession. Tiffany also told me I would be paid for attending.

The parties were held at a New York City residence that was being used by Defendant Jeffrey Epstein. Each of the parties had other minor females and a number of guests of Mr. Epstein, including Defendant Donald Trump at four of the parties I attended. I understood that both Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein knew I was 13 years old.

Defendant Trump had sexual contact with me at four different parties in the summer of 1994. On the fourth and fnial sexual encounter with Defendant Trump, Defendant Trump tied me to a bed, exposed himself to me, and then proceeded to forcibly rape me. During the course of this savage sexual attack, I loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop but he did not. Defendant Trump responded to my pleas by violently striking me in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted,

Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I wold be physically harmed if not killed.

The filing also included a statement from “Tiffany Doe” (i.e., the woman referenced in plaintiff’s statement above who brought her to the parties) attesting that:

I personally witnessed four sexual encounters that the Plaintiff was forced to have with Mr. Trump during this period, including the fourth of these encounters where Mr. Trump forcibly raped her despite her pleas to stop.

I personally witnessed the one occasion where Mr. Trump forced the Plaintiff and a 12-year-old female named Maria [to] perform oral sex on Mr. Trump and witnessed his physical abuse of both minors when they finished the act.

It was my job to personally witness and supervise encounters between the underage girls that Mr. Epstein hired and his guests.

An 18-year-old boy in Alabama got a 5 year prison sentence for having sex with his 15-year-old girlfriend. The case was prosecuted by Republican Roy Moore while he was the Gadsden District Attorney. Many other teens got the same sentence for the same offense. Teens get beaten, tortured and raped in prison.  Roy Moore's tough law and order stand helped him get elected Alabama Chief Justice. Of course, the rules apparently didn't apply to him. Roy Moore was accused of  seducing a 14-year-old girl while Gadsden District Attorney.
A 14-year-old Georgia boy got a 10 year jail sentence for teaching a 12-year-old boy self-abuse, masturbation, after the 12-year-old's mother demanded prosecution from the local Republican District Attorney who happily agreed and "won" the draconian sentence. Since 100% of all boys masturbate and someone had to teach them, this sentence is vicious and cruel. The last mention in the Atlanta Journal/Constitution, mentioning no names, which I saw said the case was on appeal.

Evangelical Republican Denny Hastert gets 13 months for raping up to 20 boys. Trump buddy Jeffrey Epstein gets 13 months for statutory rape of up to 88 underage girls. In the Bible Belt this is what passes for "justice."  

Lizzie Borden's Maid, Bridget Sullivan, said after Lizzie's acquittal for murdering her millionaire father and much hated stepmother, "Ain't it glorious to be rich!" It helps that Republican Lizzie Borden's attorney was former Republican Governor Robinson, who actually appointed the trial judge. 

Right Judge, Right Defense Attorney, Right Millionaire Republican Defendant, the only way to get away with murder. Former Governor George Robinson appointed Lizzie's trial judge who bent over backwards to make sure she got a "fair trial". I think Bridget Sullivan knew exactly what was going on. Poor people often do, they get the boot while the rich get the well greased palm.


 

Sentenced to 15 months, Republican Speaker of the House (R-IL) only served 13 months in jail for raping up to 20 boys.


One of Hastert's victims, Stephen Reinboldt, told his sister about the sexual abuse starting at age 13/14-years-old, came forward after her brother died in 1995. She said that her brother told a few people that he was raped by Hastert, but they didn't believe him. At her brother's funeral, she swore to get him the justice Stephen was denied during his lifetime.

Republican Speaker of the House Denny Hastert bragged in campaign literature that he became a Born Again Evangelical Christian in the 10th Grade in High School. He was one of the leaders in Impeaching Bill Clinton for having a tryst with an adult, willing woman. He and his predecessor, Republican Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, called Clinton's behavior a disgrace.
I live in Newt Gingrich's Congressional District in Georgia. When he ran for Congress the first time it came out that Newt has served his dying wife with Divorce Papers while shacking up with his mistress.

Republicans need to take their MORAL COMPASSES to SEARS and have them re-calibrated, they are obviously BROKEN.

Then there is the case of Evangelical Republican Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore who sexually abused 14-year-old girls while a  32-year-old Gadsden Alabama District Attorney. Law and Order Conservative Roy Moore prosecuted 18-year-old boys for having sex with their 15-year-old girlfriends, sending them to prison for up to 10 years.

Evangelical Republican Congressman Jim Jordan(R-OH) coached Wrestling at Ohio State in the 1980's and 1990's. Teenage boys on his team came to him and told him that they were being sexually abused by the Team Doctor Richard Strauss, who seemed to take an inordinate amount of time and almost fondle their genitals while examining them during exams and check-ups. Jordan never did anything about it. Dr. Strauss would even take showers with these teenager boys almost every day. Staff might have occasionally used  team showers, staff actually had their own separate showers, but it was exceedingly rare. When Jim Jordan saw the abuse for himself, he laughed.
Penn State Coach Joe Paterno never saw Jerry Sandusky abuse boys himself. Staff who witnessed or heard about it, covered it up. When one coaching assistant came forward after witnessing the abuse, he was punished by senior staff.  No one ever told Coach Paterno about the abuse. When the story finally broke in the press, Paterno couldn't believe it. Had he known about the earlier pattern of behavior, he probably would have gotten rid of Sandusky years before. Coach Paterno was stunned; he told friends that he couldn't believe anyone calling themselves your friend, would do that to children or betray a friend like that.
Which brings us back to Evangelical Republican Congressman Jim Jordan, a child molester's favorite enabler and best friend.

The Sexual Abuse of Our Kids

Hands down, Jim Jordan enabled, aided and abetted the sexual abuse of teenagers. His only known response to the boys who reported the abuse to him, was to laugh!

Evangelical Republican Freedom Caucus Congressmen Trey Gowdy(R-SC) and Jim Jordan(R-OH) attacked President Obama and Hillary Clinton, mercilessly, over 4 deaths at the Benghazi Embassy in Benghazi Libya. In 2002, Republican President George W. Bush pushed through MASSIVE VICIOUS RICH TAX CUTS, to pay for them he cut Embassy Security at US EMBASSIES overseas. While Republicans investigated Benghazi for almost 4 years, they never spent a day investigating Bush's Embassy Security cutbacks and the 60 deaths they caused.

Republicans admitted their investigations were cynical political frauds.

Neighbors called police on Nikolas 13 times for using live ammo target practicing in his crowded suburban Miami neighborhood, each time police came out, they refused to arrest the Trump MAGA hat wearing ROTC teenager.  If he had been black or white living in a trailer park, he would have been arrested and his guns would have been seized. Since police gave him a pass since he was a Republican Trumpeteer, 16 kids and a teacher are dead.

MURDER MOST FOUL IN INDIANA

Jason gives the Peace sign, unfortunately, he will never rest in peace. 

16-year-old Jason Dale Bolton was at a party in rural Indiana, drugs and alcohol were served. He never came home, the next day his body was discovered in in the street, apparently run over. The car accident apparently involved the boy being hit head on, one tire running the length of his torso between his legs and up to his shoulder.  Police were called and wrote it off as a hit and run. Jason had been drinking, party attendees said, so police said they believed he was drunk and was simply run over.

When the coroner got Jason's naked body on the slab at the county morgue, he found Jason's penis, scrotum and balls had been cut off. This was not an accident, this was a torture murder. He also determined that Jason had been run over twice, both times the car was aimed between his legs. 

Police never seemed to care much about the case and it has never officially been solved, though in the intervening years, party attendees have come forward and said that four men, grabbed the boy, tortured and murdered him. Jason must have suffered horrendous pain as he was castrated and slowly bled to death. Jason's family members believe that the witnesses story, identifying the TORTURE/MURDERERS, has been ignored by police because one of the suspects is a relative of a powerful county police/sheriff's official. They don't want to solve this boy's murder.
